Wajdi has extensive litigation experience at all levels of courts in Malaysia. Wajdi specialises mainly in corporate dispute and insolvency litigation, construction and oil and gas dispute, corporate loans, M. & A., company management and secretarial services, sale & purchase agreement, transfer, housing loan, lease and tenancy and Korean Trade.

Prior to establishing WCO, Wajdi had worked in two large firms handling commercial litigation and corporate banking recovery. Throughout the tenure Wajdi had handled cases for several major corporations and banks such as Amanah Raya Berhad, Malaysia Airline Systems Berhad, Tenaga Nasional Berhad, CIMB Bank Berhad, Ambank (M) Bhd and Prokhas Sdn Bhd. Since establishing WCO, Wajdi had expended his practice into insolvency litigation, construction contract and dispute, property purchase and Islamic corporate and housing loan, company secretarial services and company and business acquisitions. Wajdi has served several private liquidators, the multinational company Samsung Heavy Industries Co. Ltd, government link companies like Malaysian Airlines System Berhad (MAS), AmanahRaya REIT Managers Sdn Bhd and Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA), and established private limited companies like Ireka Corporation Berhad, Stable Growth Sdn Bhd, OAG Group, MOFAZ Group, Amona Group, Nadicorp Holdings Sdn Bhd, Dentsu Aegis Network Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Perbadanan Hartanah Berhad, Mudajaya Group Berhad, Uda Holdings Berhad, Shapadu Group of Companies and Puncak Niaga Holdings Berhad. Wajdi also serves Bank Kerjasama Rakyat Malaysia Berhad, RHB Islamic Bank Berhad, Bank Pertanian Malaysia Berhad, Co-op bank Pertama Malaysia and.
