Introduction to Wajdi Mohamad & Company ("WCO")

Wajdi bin Mohamad (“Wajdi”) founded WCO in 2009 before turning it into partnership setting in 2012. WCO comprises of 1 partner, 2 legal assistants and 6 managers and/or support staffs providing legal services in litigation and non-contention matters. WCO is based in KL Sentral East (Brickfields), Kuala Lumpur which is the capital city of Malaysia and Kota Bharu which is east of Malaysia.
Besides referring to the partner, legal assistant, managers and/or support staffs, “Company” or “Co” in WCO’s name also refers to WCO Aspire Sdn Bhd (“WCO Aspire”) which is a private limited company which provides non-legal services in consulting business & equity investment, organization trainings & content business, insolvency & corporate rescue support services, construction industry payment and adjudication, sports bodies management. WCO Aspire is led by Mohamad Asri bin Md Nasir as its Managing Director.
After 15 years of progression, WCO has established its position as a specialised law firm mainly in the area of corporate dispute and insolvency litigation, property purchase and financing, corporate loans, M&A and international trade. With regards to the international trade, WCO had forged strategic business alliance with law firms from Korea, the Philippines, India, Vietnam and Thailand since 2014 and successfully worked on cross border matters with the law firms.
For the last 5 years, WCO Aspire has been working hand in hand with WCO for customers locally and abroad.
