Introduction to Wajdi Mohamad & Company (in association with GRATA International) ("WCO")

Wajdi bin Mohamad (“Wajdi”) founded WCO in 2009 before turning it into partnership setting in 2012. WCO comprises of 2 partners, 1 director, 2 legal assistants (lawyers) and 2 para-legals and 2 managers and/or support staffs providing legal services in contentious and non-contention matters. WCO is based in KL Sentral East (Brickfields), Kuala Lumpur which is the capital city of Malaysia.
After 16 years of progression, WCO has established its position as a specialised law firm mainly in the area of corporate dispute and insolvency litigation, property purchase and financing, corporate loans, M&A and international trade. With regards to the international trade, WCO had forged strategic business alliance with professional firms from Korea, the Philippines, India, Thailand, Singapore, Brunei and China since 2014 and successfully worked on cross border matters with the firms.
