Wajdi has extensive litigation experience at all levels of courts in Malaysia. Wajdi specialises mainly in corporate dispute and insolvency litigation, construction and oil and gas dispute, corporate loans, M. & A., company management and secretarial services, sale & purchase agreement, transfer, housing loan, lease and tenancy and Korean Trade.

Prior to establishing WCO, Wajdi had worked in two large firms handling commercial litigation and corporate banking recovery for several major corporation and banks. Since establishing WCO, Wajdi had expanded his practice into insolvency litigation, construction contract and dispute, property purchase and Islamic corporate and housing loan, company secretarial services and company and business acquisitions.
Wajdi has served several private liquidators, the multinational company, government link companies, established private limited companies and banks and financial institutions. In the capacity as the Managing Partner, Wajdi handles and supervises matters across all the practice units.
