Dalila Shamsulazmil (“Dalila”) joined WCO in the year 2024 as a Paralegal cum Chambering Student. Dalila graduated from International Islamic University Malaysia in Bachelor of Law (LLB) (Honours) in 2024. Dalila assists in conducting legal research and preparing legal opinion, drafting commercial and corporate agreements and conducting legal due diligence. She also handles loan and security documents for corporate clients.

Wajdi bin Mohamad (“Wajdi”) founded WCO in 2009 before turning it into partnership setting in 2012. WCO comprises of 1 partner, 2 legal assistants and 6 managers and/or support staffs providing legal services in litigation and non-contention matters.
